ECB Allots $40.236 B In TAF 7-Day Tender At 1.16% FRANKFURT -(Dow Jones)- The European Central Bank Wednesday allotted $40.236 billion in funds to the banking system through a seven-day term auction facility. The funds were allotted at a fixed rate of 1.16%. As in previous auctions, the ECB satisfied all bids. There were eight bidders. The tender will be settled Thursday and the funds mature Aug. 13.
